I am not happy about istore in Sandton City , i had a problem with my iPad last year July, i even still remember the day because i felt like the person who was assisting me was been ******, the consultant name was Simpiwe Ngcobo, that was last year he gave me the *** for further assistance, then this year N****diseng couldn’t help me with re-installation of my iPhone apps to my phone after it was booked for battery replacement he did the same thing that Simpiwe did he also gave me this number *** Sandton City consultants at istore you do not know the meaning of customer service, i am so disappointed such a big mall, i only got want i needed assisted on at Maponya Mall istore
