Very poor workmanship & attitude

A very shoddy job was handed over regarding tennis court repair! The surface started peeling off within 1.5 months and he refused to revisit the job or accept any responsibility at all! He is a ***** and a ********! No one should trust him, his workers or his workmanship!!! Israel Sithole should not be trusted!!
