Worst service ever!

I had the most horrible experience dealing with these people. Canceled a trip that was booked with them, and more than a year after the cancellation I'm still waiting for the promised refund. When trying to follow up, they are never available and keep making promises to get back which they never do. Lorna Nardin who is the manager is extremely rude on the phone.

Would not recommend or use this agent ever again.
