Great service from agent

I have used this travel agency before to go on my first MSC Cruise in November 2018. Lorna Nardin was my agent.. Who is also the MD. She was extremely helpful.. Kind...honest and knowledgeable when dealing with her. I used her agency again to go on a week's holiday to Mauritius last week 19th to 26th November 2022. Again her services were top notch. Everything she promised me for my first trip over seas was delivered as promised. The holiday coincided with my 50th bday. Lorna went above and beyond as an agent coming to the airport to make sure our departure went smooth and she also checked up on me and my wife while we were in Mauritius to make sure all was going well.
