Appalling service!!

I cancelled our family trip to the Portugese Island in August 2017. We were reminded that we would forfeit the deposit of R3,000 for the cabins that we booked but promised that the rest of the money would be reimbursed. Well that was where that conversation ended. It became almost impossible to get in touch with Lorna Nardin and Marina Nardin. They would not respond to any e-mails. And when I did get in touch with them they would make promises which they obviously did not keep.

It is now more than a year ago and they still owe us R2,000.

I would not recommend their services to anyone!!
