I returned the vehicle to Ispray Autobody on the 1st of August after the workmanship was done, and since they couldn't find what the problem was, why the vehicle has a sudden trembling vibration not knowing what's the cause they could have asked for a second opinion from the dealership then. Now I have to be inconvenienced again and have no means of transport but the vehicle was quickly fixed within two weeks and only to have more complications. When I returned it to be fixed it was kept for a week and had me collect it on the 7th of August in the same condition. I reported back to the insurance about all of this situation then Keith the assessor says my vehicle is a 2020 model, I don't know what is that suppose to mean and he further said it could be a wear and tear, like how is that possible as this is a accident related matter before the accident my vehicle was in good condition, service record is UpToDate and only R128800km. He says I will be liable for that. Cheap ****** Hey!!! I took back the vehicle yesterday (midday) and they said they will book it in for today at Suzuki I called to follow up but no vehicle is booked in then they say there is no slot available only next week Tuesday, I called the dealership and there is a slot available for tomorrow in Bryanston, since they stated this is thee only dealership they have an account with. Now the insurance calls me back and they say the vehicle will be taken to Suzuki at the Glen. WOW!!! Dotsure and Ispray Autobody are taking me for a Ride. I want my car in the condition that it was before the accident, I pay this insurance on a monthly basis with no fail they are liable and responsible for my vehicle and they are supposed to get the best p/b to do the job. I cannot drive that vehicle in that condition I do not feel safe.
