My Salary not payed

I workerd for a company in Port Elizabeth called iSon as a call centre agent. Left in October up today they refuse to pay my money. And it's not only me. The HR lady will tell you that it will be deposited within 3 days. Since then. Now their landline is not working. They have a contract from Multichoice.
