Bad service

I called Friday and spoke to a consultant. Who assisted but NEVER said anything about certificate.

Like a fool I go and try make appointment and told to send mail to ********** I did tgat and STILL NO FEEDBACK.

Been trying to call since 10 this morning and after 20 min phone get cut.

Is this what I'm paying for?
