I was on Mertanity leave for 5 months away from the renting apartment, no one was living in
I was on Mertanity leave for 5 months away from the renting apartment, no one was living in. The water bill was as the same as when I was staying full time.

*****ULENT METER CHARGES
Ismrt which is a metered utility provider has allowed my tenant who has not paid rent for 12 months to utilize water and electricity I. Arrears of R11000 Rand because they didn’t decommission and old meter with an ******* connection. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A PREPAID METER if you can use utilities at your leisure without paying a bill and expecting me to now cover this 11k bill. I am in the process of lodging a ***** charge against ismrt as I have contacted their management team and asked for investigations and evidence of authorization with ZERO feedback or accountability.
