Worst Company

<p>Marcel come to see me, convinced me to try the company for 6 months on a trial basis. Marcel promised to help but after first month disappeared and stop answering my calls and messages. Marcel also left out key information wrt the R22500 payment that put me in a very bad financial state. I had to complete the 6 months trial without much help because Jaco and Marcel does not reply or have any interest in helping clients. I then app**** for my warranty to get my money back because this company and it's staff should not work with people's money at all. No customer service, no feedback. After the 6 months, I completed and sent all the forms away, then waited the 21 working days. Over the past 2 months, I have send around 30 email, called the office nr around 3 times a week, the secretary tells me to wait as Chris or Jaco is just busy then 14min later cuts the line. Jaco answers his cellphone but then does not talk, just keeps it runnings. I have only received 2 emails back with 5 words on it. Jacques is the only one that answers his cellphone and he has given Jaco numerous messages but Jaco feels no need to rep**** to their clients. This company has no customer service, they don't reply, the office just keeps you on the line. I am at a stage where I don't know what avenue to take anymore because Beta Traders is not reachable and not even Jacques can get through to his colleagues. People must be warned about this company and not trust Marcel. Anyone can contact me and I will share everything</p>
