These people are **********!!!
<p>What a bunch of **********!! Like all the other people that comment on HelloPeter about the poor service received from this company, my husband and I have also been put under false pretenses by them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Same people, Marcel, Chris, Jaco, all of them, they are **********. We have been ****med around 18 March, cancelled the contract within 6 days when we realised we have been ****med, and we have been trying since then to get our money back. (R21900). They simply do not react to any form of communication. We are now going to small claims court.</p>

We apologise for the lack of response to your emails over the time you have been a client. Not to make excuses, but the Employee responsible for client communications is (luckily) no longer with our company and we are working tirelessly to rebuild and repair the communication relationships between us and our valued clients.
In your comment, you neglect to mention that cancellation was accepted and that a settlement was signed for a refund. We apologize that re-payment has taken longer than necessary, but, even though it is not an excuse, the paperwork was never filed by the person responsible. (who is now, no longer at our offices).
Thanks to your patience and correspondence with our offices, we now have the Settlement on file. The person who signed the agreement did not have authorisation to do so and thus the agreement is void. But we will never the less uphold the agreement.
Again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We will attend to this situation as soon as possible.

Dear ISMega, Thank you for the reply. However, again, I have made contact with Mimette, and she also does not respond to my emails, or respond very slow. All we want is to get our money back, and will fight to get this right. If it means pulling in a lawyer, we will do that. We just want to get this unpleasant experience behind us.
