Promises promises

<p>I was woed into such a fantastic investment opportunity and all was above board. Within 7 days things started to change and no further assistance happened. On every query I was told we will call tomorrow and eventually I asked to cancell my membership.</p> <p>On this I was theatened with all kinds of terrible things and being just a "normal" joe in the street I said please no more and I want out. My credit card details are in there hands and yesterday they tried to withdraw just under R11000, then R8000 then R5000 then again R10000. This after I just wanted some help. </p> <p>I "won" a R5000 investment from then to start a trading account and this has just never happenned and now I am told I have no choice and the contract is the contract. </p> <p>5 days I believe I have a right to cancell when I ask what is happenning I just get told that they will follow up.</p> <p>Then I got the first removal of R10000 out of my credit account. I am still waiting for a reply on the emails on the bussiness cards and I suppose this is how they do buisiness as when I asked to speak to a manager before I go to hello peterand I will give 1 more working day notice before I come to hello peter and warn other people of my experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also found out today that another lump sum was removed out of my credit card.</p> <p> </p> <p>How and what does one do to prevent this experience from happening to you?</p> <p> </p> <p>ISmega Trader has never worked for me and the service I got for my R12K up to today before I now have to freez my account has been atrotious. The contract stated 24/7 service from a consultant. Imagine if I was worried about a trade...</p> <p> </p> <p>Be warned and not be wooed from these people as in my experience it has just been promises and it burnt my pocket and hopefully will not in the future. </p>
