Not paying back the Money

<p>WE sighned up for theis and was told if we dont make money in 6 mothns we can cancel this and get all the money back but now we want to cancel and are not getting any feedback and also no one gets back to us to help at all.also not getting the money back at all</p> <p> </p> <p>All they tell you is that someone will call back but nothing and always have a problems or something</p>

So we contacted support and still no responce

Paperwork done on and sent in on 27/08/2016
Have stopped counting how many times I have called your office and only answer I get is that it is in processing and that they will get back to me but I never get answer back.
If I do not get a real answer back in 5 working day's I will have to take further steps.
We have asked and not getting any answer's

So how dow e get this resolved now???????
