No assistance wrt cancellation of contract

<p>Last night Herno, one of the ISMega consultants came to see my husband. My husband signed the contract and gave his credit card details and almost immediately R20 000 was deducted. Once he left, I read all the complaints and reviews about people that tried to cancel and never got their money back.</p> <p>Today we phoned the consultant, phoned the office 3 times and sent 3 emails to cancel our contract. They keep telling us that Mimette will phone us back. Up untill now no one has contacted us. I have read in previous reviews that they do this for 5 days until your cooling down period is over and then they have all kinds of stories about why they cannot refund your money. </p>
