Complete Mis-Representation and shocking service
<p>I signed up with Betatrader (ISMega) in August 2016. The service has been close to non-existent. The information that the Sales person (Marcel) gave was completely misrepresented (said I can use my own bank account, said there is live integration between Betatrader and the bank and the JSE and the program "plays by itself" you just put the figures in. This program is in essence only a simulation program and there is no integration (you pay R22 000 for this). They then refer you to your contract (which is written in script so small that you need a magnifying glass to read this). The consultant tells you there is no contract and yet there is a contract. The program is useless and it does not do what is promised at all. Stay clear of this company as the entire setup is geared towards doing people in - not actually building a working business relationship.</p>

As per our records your system is fully running and functional and the registered user, being you, shows activity on your system.
As part of our services, we offer our clients a six month simulation period, during which they perform buy and sell transactions via the website on listed shares with monopoly money (fictitious capital), thereby training them to make the correct share selection. During this six month period, the software must be actively managed, and the simulation rules, as published on our website, must be adhered to.
Should a client thus use the software correctly and actively (according to the rules and on the web), and not generate a minimum guaranteed percentage profit on their simulation portfolio / fictitious capital, he will be refunded as per the guarantee.
The simulation guarantee, is set in place as a product guarantee, and can therefore only be valid if the program has been used correctly, and in accordance to the rules for the full six month simulation period.

This is what Betatrader does yes, however not at all what I was sold to me by Marcel and Francois (your consultants).... direct words from Marcel "you can link Betatrader with your own Bank account and then trade the JSE via Betatrader with live updates on stock pricing changes".
Why would anybody in their right mind pay these excessive fees for a product that cannot trade live at all? The data you can analyse on any free app on the Android Playstore. I never wanted to trade "Monopoly money"... I wanted to trade and have an integrated program with my own bank (which is what I was sold). This is the functionality which I asked for from your consultants on 5 x different occassions. Again - this is why my heading contains the word "misrepresenation". I wish to cancel this service as I want to go to a company that can assit me in trading and building a real portfolio - not a "**** thing" that costs me almost R800 a month!
What can I do to cancel and get my money back (I will pay for the period that I have used it and even for 3 months to cover your company administrative costs). The R21 900 program on my credit card I also want to give back alongside the R400 tablet I received from you and I will pay for the usage on both those as well.
Your urgent response would be appreciated.
