Clarification / retraction

<p>This refers to my earlier post and I have some more comments to make :</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, I was in error with my remarks about the address. It turns out that maps and GPS software misreport the location of No. 52 Voortrekker Road. I have now visited the premises on the first floor of the Spectrum House Building, corner Charl Malan and Voortrekker, and I can confirm that the address marked on the building is indeed No. 52. Furthermore, the building is adjacent to Eskom Offices.</p> <p> </p> <p>In view of the above, I offer my apology, both to Ismega, and to Jacques, their technical man, for casting doubt in this respect. It was an honest error on my part, but an error nonetheless, and I do regret it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now to the rest : I was eventually contacted by Chris Swart, and Jaco, both via email and phone. A meeting was set up and I was pleasantly received. Cancellation of the contract was formalized with the signing of a final settlement agreement, and it was explained that the reimbur*****t process will take up to 15 days. I am looking forward to getting my money back.</p>
