Ismashed didn't fix my phone properly.

Ismashed fixed my iPhone 6 3 weeks back.They fixed the screen n back casing,but when the driver delivered the phone the SIM card slot couldn't open ,torch and flash not working and couldn't pick up the signal.I've logged a call with them they then told me they'll send a driver on Tuesday 23/10/2018 to collect my phone .Till today they haven't collected my phone ,no apology or feedback from them.This is frustrating because when they took my phone everything's working perfectly excluding the screen that was smashed .Please assist.
