LIES, DISHONESTY BY BEPROP

I appointed BEPROP to find me a tenant for my rental property in Centurion. Occupation took place on the 30th June 2021, after 2 payments made to BEPROP by the tenant for deposit and rental. It is now the 10th July and I am yet to receive my payment from the agency, I have been told stories this past week and **** to as to when the money will reflect in my account, my message to the agent regarding the promised proof of payment from BEPROP remain unanswered. This estate agency is proving to be extremely unprofessional and completely unreliable.
