I dont want to give a 1 star review it should be zero stars .I had an absolutely infuriating experience with Vishan. When I reached out to view a property, I was shocked to be told that I needed to sign a rental agreement before even seeing the place. When I questioned this ridiculous demand, he claimed it was for a credit check—which makes absolutely no sense. A credit check should never require signing a legally binding contract before even knowing if the property is suitable. This feels like a shady tactic to trap people into a lease without giving them a fair chance to make an informed decision.

This is not just unprofessional—it’s completely *********. Who in their right mind would sign a contract for a place they’ve never stepped foot in? The fact that Vishan thinks this is acceptable is alarming. It makes me seriously question his transparency and honesty as a rental agent. It’s as if he’s setting renters up to fail or trying to lock people into a deal before they realize what they’re getting into.

Renting a home is a major financial and personal commitment, and no one should be pressured into signing anything before a proper viewing. I strongly warn anyone considering dealing with Vishan to be extremely cautious. If you value fairness, honesty, and transparency in the rental process, avoid this nonsense at all costs.
