BEPROP - AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COST

Turns out the only good thing about BeProp is Raheema that has always tried her best to assist where possible, but unfortunately management and her head office is not as attentive.

We rented a property at Villa Giardini and we've been struggling since we moved out end of September 2024 to get back our deposit, it is now the 12th of November and we still haven't received our deposit. We paid R18500 as deposit to BeProp when moving in, we have since discovered that they paid the deposit over to the owner of the complex (we never authorized this) and now they are refusing to give back our money as they insist that the owner must refund us. The money should've been kept in a trust account. Repairs was for an amount of R1400, it does not nearly justify the amount we paid.

BeProp will rather have us go forward with legal action against them then try to resolve this matter. We are proceeding with a litigation case against them and reporting this to the Estate Agency Affairs Board, but PLEASE BE WARNED - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BEPROP.

YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.
