Terrible Service from Ismails Tiles in Chatsworth.

<p>We purchased 120 boxes of tiles from Ismail’s tiles in Chatsworth and had numerous incidents with the service level from this store. Firstly the sales consultant **** to us that it was first grade tiles and after paying for everything they now claim to call it commercial tiles which is second grade. We then get delivery after a few days because they do not have proper turnaround times, only to find out the shade we chose was not the same. We then paid for them to pick up all the tiles and give us the correct tile colour. They took 3 days to send the correct boxes to us, because they were closed for Eid, then the driver of the truck was off sick etc etc. They insisted we sent back the tiles for no reason. We then opened the boxes to start tiling, only to find out that the shades were yet again incorrect and sizes of the tiles were all different. We complained and wanted a full refund. The owner Omar was so rude and abrupt to me and insisted that is what I asked for, so basically telling me I paid for all mixed shades and sizes. I am extremely dissatisfied with the awful service of this company and will never want to deal with them again. Please do not be fooled by the prices as they advertise false info with their own staff. As a professional owner of the company Omar told me to take it up to consumer watch. He is prepared to take back the sizes or shades of the incorrect tiles but cannot guarantee it will be replaced with the same tiles. He wants me to sort all the boxes to sift out the different tiles. Money, time and efforts wasted on a stupid company.</p> <p> </p>
