Service Delivery sucks

<p>I made a purchase at Ismails hardware store in woodhurst on saturday 10th dec. Due to the size of the item I enquired on delvery to my home and was advised it would be done for a fee. At no stage was I advised that it wil not be delivered on the same day. 3 days later& after numerous phone calls to them and being passed from Nazreen to Daniel to Prathima and Susan, I have still not received the items. Despite numerous promises of returning my calls or delivery, nothing has materialized even though payment were taken. </p>
