Dishonest

I bought home improvements in Ismails Tiles & Home Centre at Arbour Crossing Amanzimtoti and I was given a discount, ref number to pay via EFT in which at the end of all the process I was then told that the discount I was given was not applicable.

When I requested a detailed slip I only found out that some of the items that were displayed as on special were not on special I was charged another price amount on them.

My experience with them I can say their conduct was luring customers to buy and on their part they are *****es.

I've visited their shop numerous times trying to resolve this and to my dissapointment whilst I'm in person (face to face) they will promise to resolve and as soon as I leave their shop nothing will be resolved. They don't make follow-up since they also have my cellphone number to call me on the outcome AND on my return we will be back on square one arguing about the same thing - nothing would be resolved.
