Buy from Jabulas or ANY OTHER HARDWARE

Most DISGUSTING customer service. Every single person in this shop including the helpers have an attitude. We recently purchased a property in Chatsworth, we thought we could utilise the services of Ismails hardware in Chatsworth, biggest mistake ever! We spent R14000 in one day at Ismails and the overall attitude was pathetic. They treat customers as if they are asking for the stuff for free. We gladly spent the remainder of R80 000 at Jabulas Hardware. Please do yourself a favour and buy from anywhere else. Oh and a little tip, there prices are not the cheapest, Jabulas also did us a solid and matched all of Ismails prices so you can do the same.
