Appalling Dishonest Service

About 4 years ago I bought a pair of specs here. The day I fitted them they were perfect. When I got them two weeks later, they kept slipping off my face. I went back only from the owner to tell me in a very harsh tone I should have chosen a frame that fit. For all these years I struggled with that pair of glasses. Until about a month ago I took them to another optometrist who showed me that the frame had been broken and glue together. I came back to Mr. Ismail to let him and even tried to give my opinion of how they broke, that maybe it happened while the lens was being put in. This man stood there and started being very condescending. What an arrogant man. No apologies of any sort. I think anyone who wants a par of specs would be wise to avoid this dishonest optometrist.
