Worse service

500 cement blocks (M200) 2 meter umgeni sand 2 meter stone 30, 50 kg bags of cement (blue) 1 length 50mm PVC pipe 6, 6 inch brickforce

The worse service ever I purchased building material from a Mr Dan Chetty a sales agent at Ismail Hardware 25/01/2018 and I needed the material to be delivered by Saturday the 27/01/2018 because I had the contractors scheduled to come in, he then wanted me to pay up front so I did on the Friday the 26/01/2018 I was also promised that on Saturday the stock will be delivered, on Saturday I was at work and my sister was at home to collect the stock however only sand and stone was delivered I contact Ismails hardware and spoke to a Susan who works in dispatch to find out what was going on her response was that the rest of the material will be delivered on Monday and she doesn't know why Dan had told me the material will be delivered on the pass Saturday. I had to pay the contractors for a days work although no work was done, today 29/01/2018 they only delivered blocks which was packed at my neighbours yard yet I'm paying over R1000.00 for delivery and they excuse was they couldn't bring the blocks down a few steps as they were in a hurry, plus the cement is still not delivered up until now!!!!!!!! When I contacted Susan she said the cement will be delivered by the end of the day but she makes empty promise!!
