Knocked down my wall

My brother in law who is a minor who also beared witness to the incident was at home when a delivery of blocks and sand arrive to my home (10 Dunveria Crescent (Road 503) Croftdene Chatsworth) on the 14th of December 2015. the driver had parked on the sand bank on the pavement of my home to drop the sand in to the yard and he ended up moving my inner wall. the wall is now cracked and bowed. i gave them a call this morning (15th of December 2015) to explain what had transpired but both the managers Mohamed and Omar says there is nothing they can do to compensate me for the damaged caused during their delivery. i have had the phone slammed down on me several times this morning. no one wants to address the matter. this incident happened purely due to negligence and has left me at a disadvantage.
