Over rate Architect

Regretfully there is no negative rating so we have to settle for 1 star .Stay away from this Architect unless you have money to waste. This Architect was good in his early days earning some accolades however he has not kept with the changes in design or concepts both exterior and interior except for the escalation in his fees. Appointed for my 1st project , costed me dearly, have unresolved design issues and incomplete submission to the municipality despite being paid. Does not want to take ownership or acknowledge his short comings.
