It is about time that the Clicks in the Islands center get themselves a electricity backup system. Today, I was told to go to a non-Clicks pharmacy down the road for simple pain medication. There was a "power dip", the power in the store was back on, but the ****ty old excuse, "Sorry our systems are down we cannot, (read want not) help you" When asked how long this will take, a quick and simple "We don't know" was the reply. Really, in 2022, your company still uses the 30 year old "our systems are down" excuse, and would rather lose business, than trying to jack up the **** service we get from the Islands, North West, store.
