Horrible experience

I was kept awake last night between 22:00 and 5:00 by a ********** in the room next door. Tonight I ordered samoosas from the restaurant for R35. They refused to charge it to the room or accept card payment for under R50. I was forced to walk all the way back to my room & fetch cash. If I didn't have cash I would not get my food since there is no ATM on site. Extremely poor customer service & bad management
