Awaiting Refund for limited delivery radius

Given all the wonderful reviews I Definitely wanted to try their products but the delivery range is very limited.

I placed an order and paid for it but they don't deliver in Pretoria north. So I'm still awaiting my refund and they didn't even Send confirmation that my account details were received when I sent the details for my refund
