unbelievable customer service.

After a long and often frustrating mission to find a suitable fire that would burn anthracite and wood I found Island Fires in the Cattle Baron Centre, Durbanville. It was like finding an oasis in a desert.<br> It is rare that I have found such superb customer care. He came to the house, measured, ivestigated, ensured I knew exactly what I needed and the did personal investigation with customers overseas to ensure what he was recommending would be efficient. He did not take the manufacturers word, he checked himself. He then went to a friend of mines house and actually worked out the exact fire she would need and even climbed up into the roof to check if the rafters were in the place that would work. Absolutely amazing customer care. Thank you so very much, I recommend this company and shop wholeheartedly and the interior design sectioni of the store is beautiful too!!
