Poor process for online purchases

Island Boards CC in Soshanguve must improve on their process flow, they cant be telling me the are waiting for payment confirmation whilst the payment was made from the same bank. they await confirmation the whole day as though payment was made from a different bank, and they know very well that we living in the times of load shedding but still do not have the urgency to process orders before they can cry "sorry we are load shedding and cannot cut your orders"
