Island Auto in Brackenfell

My vehicle was booked in at Island Auto in Brackenfell for repair (by Virseker) after a light vehicle accident. After a long wait for the parts I took the car to them. They replaced the bonnet which was bent and other damage although it was still obvious the bonnet did not fit well. When I received the car the AC was not working well and I took it to the dealer for regassing. On inspection they found other damage inside the engin compartment - a bent stiffner, broken radiator and condenser and a misaligned bonnet with no anchor to keep the bonnet open. I phoned Island Auto to report the damage and their response wat that only the bonnet repair was requested by Virseker. They did contact Virseker to get approval for another part that was damaged. but never reported the other damage to either me or the insurance company. I have no knowledge of car engines and did not even see the damage when I filled up the water reservoir. I really feel they should have informed me of the damage. An assessor was called and inspected the vehicle for further repair which will be done after the parts are imported.
