Accident on the R21

Good day,

I am extremely frustrated as I am not able to find any answers and hope that this post will be successful in finding the culprit.

On 23 September 2023 a truck drove into the back of our trailer. We were on our way home from Pretoria to Kempton Park on the R21. There are major roadworks ongoing and traffic was **********. We were moving at a snails pace and lanes were closed. We had already switched lanes, indicated as was required and the truck allowed us access. The next moment our vehicle started shaking and we realized that the truck had driven into the back of our trailer. There was no way that we could even pull off along the side of the road. I took photo's of the side of the truck as well as the trucks number plate. The driver looked at me like I was the crazy one and not even once did he acknowledge what he had just done.

I attended to the police station and have opened a case number.

I have also e-mail the company advertised on the side of the truck only to be informed that they do not own the truck, only their business was being advertised.

I have then obtained the owners of the truck relating to the number place, however I can't find any contact numbers or e-mail addressed on the internet.

Is there any way that perhaps you could assist in this regard?
