No value for money and bad service

Last year we made use of Isiyala Lodge (Forever Resort) for our NPO's year-end function. The service, food and facilities were good. This year I booked again and received the exact opposite. The meat that was served was not good at all, I was misled with the menu options. The cold drinks were not cold and prepared for us, we had to keep asking them to open the facility to get to the cold drinks (where as last year, a full time waiter was assigned to us) I was informed that they could not take us on a game drive (which is part of their facilities) because they had bookings for other guests, which they did not have one other guest at the lodge that day. The manager, Valerie, left after lunch with no communication or willingness to even approach us to hear if we were satisfied with our meal or any other issues. I am highly disappointed as we paid R250 per head, excluding refreshments and the use of the facility for the day.
