Package was neat and clean

I placed an order 18 Aug morning, within 2 hours my order was ready to be dispatched. It left the very sane day. The disappointing thing is the courier, it took a bit of a detour but my package arrived on Friday, packed properly. They’re a bit pricey -_- but I really needed the products. Another downfall is lack of communication when I sent a message to enquire about their baobab powder, am still waiting for a response!!
