Poor multichoice customer service

My dstv bill was R452.06 i managed topay R450 just because of the R2.06 they have been around and round making sure my airtime runs out bcz they are connecting me with the manager nd then plays the music forever....for as long as a customer i have never had a problem with paying the less amount bcz i know it will be added to my next bill,they asked for proof of payment twice i did thing....they said they will call back till know!. I made my payment @ 9:18 am this morning
