Bad service from Isitya Installations!!!

am writing here to complain about Isitya Installations based in Khayelitsha Mall, On the 27th February we bought a Dstv from PEP in Eersterivier then they referred us to Isitya Installations to come install out satellite dish, we called them and they came to install however they grilled the wall through the next room which is another tanant's flat where we're renting and they damaged their geyser the water was flooding in the flat.

The 2 guys who were installing left the damaged, we then called their company to report they sent their plumber to look into the damage and then he said there's nothing he can do the geyser is damage and need to be replaced, we contacted their offices on Friday which we got hold of the manager Mandisi he then said he will buy the geyser we must get our plumbers to do the job he's going to pay. We then send him all the details of the geyser got the plumbers ready and Mandisi didn't answer our calls the after.

Monday 2nd March my partner took off work and went to their offices in Khayelitsha as we last heard from Mandisi Friday Morning and the tenant next door didn't have water and it was a matter of urgency we are also getting a lot of pressure from our landlord, Mandisi said he's gonna order the geyser we should give him until Wednesday to sort it out, we then received the geyser by Wednesday which didn't have the same specifications so it needed it's own fittings it was also faulty we didn't get the receipt for the geyser so we had to return it back to Mandisi who was really rude and we didn't get any help as we were leaving the faulty geyser by him.

We are really not satisfied with the service we got from Isitya Installations it left us with a lot of mess, their negligence is really costing us as the landlord decided to take exchange gysers so now we do not have a gyser we are waiting on Mandisi and he is not helping us the bill keeps on pulling up as the plumbers keeps coming to do 1 job and cannot complete the job because we waiting on Mandisi, so far he paid R1300 for a deposit we do not know how is gonna be the final figure for plumbing.
