Isithabathaba Funeral Services should be closed down is a *****

This is a Funeral Service based in Khayelitsha called Isithabathaba. If you are signed up with them please do your self a favour cancel that contract before you are dissappointed of bad service, rules that change frequently and none payment of your claim. I put in a claim on 30th August and I was told I will be paid in two instalment starting in December the 8th and January 8th. I need the money for a funeral now, what the heck! Then I was told in November I must pay R200 over and above the installment because "kunyuswa ingxowa", they are raising the funds of the cover because they are low. Is this business not underwritten as all funeral service business should be? The came the 8th they looked for excuses not to pay I needed to pay December instalment. Now all of a sudden they have now a deadline by which installment must be paid that is 7th December, so I was told my installment is late, so my claim will not be paid. Never heard such nonsense in my life I have other funeral cover with reputable business and my claim was paid in 24hours no stories. I did not even have to visit the offices like I did with Isithabathaba I submitted my documents through E-Mail and I was paid in 24 hours. This is Isithabatha Funeral Services based in Makhaza in Khayelitsha is not a business but a *****, a get rich quick paramid scheme for owners and should be close down.
