Isithabathaba Funeral Service a *****

The Isithabathaba Funeral Services based in Khayelitsha is a badly run and a *****. I just gave up my membership after putting a claim in 30th August after being promised 48 hour turn around. The rules were changed to be paid in two installments. After compiling with rather stranous process my first pay out was 8th December I was told came the 8th no payment I was now after following them up that I will not be paid because I miss installment deadline for November. I only knew then that they installments have deadlines by which they must be paid. So must claim is disqualified I won't be paid out. Is the a funeral services ambudma
