Debt Removal

good day My reason I’m writing to you is that I recently find out that i am under debt review when I requested a credit report from Credit bureau and the company that did that is Isiseko Debt Help person responsible (Siphokazi Bushwana ) *** I tried to reach out to them and find out why they did that , who authorized them because i have never asked for assistance from anyone, they telephone lines are engaged no response from their Email or whatever now I’m worried because it affecting my credit score and the record show this placement goes back to 2016

All I need from your office is to assist me how to move forward from this mass they have put me how to remove my name from this debt review listing because I don’t want to contact any of debt assistance companies i have written to Transunion and NCR but I haven't received any feedback from them
