Bad Hair - ISIS

<p>On the 17 November i bought a Ciara wig from ISIS through a vendor in Queens Street Pretoria Central for R1000 i first wore it on the 19 of November for 4hrs, i wore it again on a Monday to work then i noticed that for the amount i paid for it it was getting tangled i called the vendor and told her i will have to return it because i forsee a disaster she agreed, i have been using her for my hair for the past 5 years i have never encountered such so i did not see a reason to keep the box and slip , i was told to wait as she has called the the factory fast forward to 28 November there was no solution the factory did not pitch up or returned her calls as he was in a meeting. i got contact numbers for the company i called i was asked if i slept on the wig (schock) did i put anything on it, where do i work, did i comb it dumbfounded i rep**** no to all as this was the truth then i was told what is the problem then i repeated it tangles then the phone was dropped on me i called again i was told i wont get help because i dont listen i must call in 3hours then it hit me this is how he has been evading the vendor with so called meetings, please note that they are few people who has complains about the hair he is selling and he plain told me i wont get my refund so did the vendor please help R1000 is a lot i feel ****** by both the vendor who wants me to pay for the 3 days i wore the hair and the manufacturer selling **** hair.
