Order not delivered on time and bad attitude

Hello Peter My name is Sandiso Ndimande I ordered 3 body panel parts on Thursday the 08th of December 2017 and they were to be delivered on the 09th Saturday morning I did not collect it over the weekend. On Monday the 11th I collected some but one part was missing and I was told it will be delivered the next day by 10am I stayed at the panel shop for 5 hours with no help or attendance. My part is not with me I need to be in Eastern Cape today there's no care in the world from these guys. I'm so angry. Poor work ethics and customer service was projected to me.
