Since I opened an insurance with them I did a claim with them in 2022 but up until now I haven't received my claim and they only made promises to pay first they said their underwrite company was giving them problems they will pay and the problem was fixed but I still haven't received my claim. And not they have blocked me from Amy communication regarding my claim. I am not happy at all because they continue with the business not knowing if they paid other people since I wasn't the only one.

Hope I will get my claim some day.
