PAID R2000 April 25th BUT ASKED FOR MORE MONEY BEFORE LOAN WAS PAID OUT

Title: Paid R2,000 but Asked for More Money Before Loan Was Paid Out I app**** for a loan with Isilangiso Finance Loans and was instructed to pay an upfront fee of R2,000. I was told that once the payment was made, my loan amount would be paid into my bank account immediately. After I made the payment, I did not receive the loan. Instead, I was told that I needed to pay additional fees, including a transfer fee and even a cancellation fee if I wanted to withdraw my application. I was also told that once I paid these additional amounts, the loan would be released together with the fees I had already paid. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and concerned. I believe consumers should be very cautious if they are asked to pay upfront fees before receiving a loan. My advice is to carefully verify any lender and fully understand all costs before making any payments. I hope Isilangiso Finance Loans responds to this complaint, explains why additional payments were requested after my initial payment, and resolves this matter as soon as possible.
