Astonishingly good service from the Cane Creek agents in Cape Town

<p>I acquired a Cane Creek mountain bike component and wanted to have it rebuilt before using it. I phoned Isiko Sports in Cape Town as they are the Cane Creek service agents in South Africa and was directed to Duncan who did a stellar job of sorting out my request. Duncan arranged that the item be collected from my address within 4 hours by courier, had in his hands the next day. Duncan then contacted me with a quote for the rebuild and after I had accepted it, had it rebuilt and back in my hands two business days later. All I can say is that is probably the best service I have ever received from anyone in SA. Absolutely brilliant! Keep it Duncan and Isiko Sports!</p>
