Dishonest company, faulty software

Isikhati arrived on site at my fuel station and sold a time clocking system to me.. I advised them on my needs and they confirmed that they can meet all requirements. After the installation and very good customer service I encountered a fault with the system. They also confirmed a one year guarantee on the system. They removed the unit in May 2015. Up to date I am still waiting for unit that works properly to be installed. Every single date they confirm with me they do not pitch. Upon making another phone call another empty promise is made. I even got a lawyer involved but they are telling him lies as well and obvisouly do not know what is at stake. The last phone call last week Faith said she will refund me, upon phoning once again she is telling another story that she said the unit must be sold first etc etc etc. The lies just keep coming!!!! I have had enough. This is an dishonest company and I will make sure nobody use them again as I have paid the price of their dishonesty.
