Poor service from Isigidi Transport

I agreed to rent a tri axle trailer from Isigidi Transport and agreed to their terms and conditions. I paid the full deposit as per their invoice. The trailer was delivered from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg where I agreed I would pick up. When I went there to pick the trailer up, it had 2 large cracks in the middle of the flat deck. This trailer was obviously not roadworthy. After several calls to Isigidi, they agreed that they would fix it and have it roadworthy by 1 Oct. This also didn't happen. Once again after several calls they agreed to refund my deposit. This was only done on 13 Oct 2015. It doesn't end there. They didn't pay the full deposit saying that the remainder was for fuel costs to deliver the trailer. Needless to say, this is in direct breach of our initial arrangement. Now I have to take them to court and claim damages and costs as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
