Parents not given reports

Hi

Would like to lodge a complain for such rudeness and unfair treatment from the principal of this school. Wednesday I went to school to collect a report for my son, taking time out of work as they said parents should collect reports then when I arrived there, there were station for different grades in a hall and the teacher for the grade I was looking for was no longer there and another teacher went to look for it at admin and unfortunately she didn't find it. Then yesterday I sent my son to collect it and there was an outstanding textbook. Then today I went to collect it and the principal refused to give me my son's report worse his up to date with his school fees. The principal was so rude, not even giving me a chance to explain the scenario that happened Wednesday, he was just busy and speaking while I was speaking. And even worse he made a statement that I'm rude because if it was a private school I would have accepted what he have said.
